The Rev. Daniel S. Johnson is the President of the SLMS Board of Directors. He serves as Pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshalltown, Iowa.
The Rev. David Mommens is Vice President of SLMS. He serves as Pastor of St. John Lutheran Church in Columbia City, Indiana.
Deaconess Kim Schave is the Secretary/Treasurer of the SLMS. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and works as a Budget Analyst for Northern Kentucky University. She also volunteers as the Director of Human Care for the Ohio District (LCMS) and also serves as a Deaconess for the Federation of Lutheran Churches of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Robert Kiefer is the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer of the SLMS. He is a member of Ascension Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, IN, and serves as the Financial Secretary and Bookkeeper for the congregation. He has also served the Indiana District of LCMS in several positions including most recently Treasurer. Bob is retired from a 30 year career in banking and upon joining the SLMS Board of Directors has assumed the responsibility of volunteer bookkeeper for SLMS. Bob will combine his lifelong LCMS background with his financial talent to assist the board in the day to day activities of tracking donations and missionary support for SLMS.

The Rev. Frank Frye serves as Senior Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Morgan Colorado. He has traveled to Siberia to teach in the summer seminar program.
The Rev. Michael Brockman serves as Senior Pastor at Christ Lutheran Church in Hutchinson, Kansas. He brings his experience of service as a missionary in Venezuela to the Board.
