The Rev. Daniel S. Johnson is the President of the SLMS Board of Directors. He serves as Pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. Rev. Johnson is also the editor of our printed newsletter.
The Rev. David Mommens is Vice President of SLMS. He serves as Pastor of St. John Lutheran Church in Columbia City, Indiana.
Deaconess Kim Schave is the Secretary/Treasurer of the SLMS. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and works as a Budget Analyst for Northern Kentucky University. She also volunteers as the Director of Human Care for the Ohio District (LCMS) and also serves as a Deaconess for the Federation of Lutheran Churches of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mrs. Elizabeth Meyer is the assistant Secretary/Treasurer of the SLMS and serves as an at-large Board member. She resides in San Jose, CA.
The Rev. David Riley serves as Pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in El Dorado, AR.
The Rev. L. Daniel Johnson serves as Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hillsdale, Michigan.
The Rev. Frank Frye serves as Senior Pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Morgan Colorado. He has traveled to Siberia to teach in the summer seminar program.
The Rev. Michael Brockman serves as Senior Pastor at Christ Lutheran Church in Hutchinson, Kansas. He brings his experience of service as a missionary in Venezuela to the Board.

Mrs. Judith Bascom is a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Spring Lake, Michigan. For eight years she served as the assistant to Rev. Dr. Timothy Quill with the Russian Project and in the International Studies Office at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
